## Description

**NOTICE:** This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The Government has very limited technical data to provide to potential offerors. The Government does not have funds available to support second source qualification efforts.

Offerors must possess access to all appropriate data. Rockwell Collins, Inc., Government Systems Collins Aerospace - Mission Systems, 400 Collins Rd Ne, Cedar Rapids IA 52498-0505, US (319)310-5777 (Cage Code 13499) has the capability and drawings for the items listed above. The US Government does not own or have the rights to use the data required to manufacture these devices.
