(94117) 65 Spit Brook Rd., Nashua, New Hampshire 03060-6909, United States. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. The government does not own the technical data to the SST IU Interface Units (SST Tester); BAE Systems owns the Technical Data Package (TDP). All interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The attached documents constitute all the detailed item information available to interested parties. This Pre-Solicitation is Notice for a Sole Source Solicitation, which will be issued in April or soon thereafter. The entire solicitation (FA8212-24-R-0004) and any/all attachments will be made available only on the SAM.gov website. All current and future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specifications, and Q&A's will be distributed through SAM.gov.
