The total potential procurement quantity is up to 12 Each. 2. PRICING STRUCTURES REQUESTED To allow for maximum flexibility pending funding certification, the Government requests that the offeror provide firm-fixed pricing based on the following two potential award structures: Structure A (Immediate Buy + Option): CLIN 0001 (Qty 2) awarded as the basic requirement, and CLIN 0002 (Qty 10) awarded as an Option under FAR 52.217-7. Structure B (Consolidated Immediate Buy): CLIN 0001 (Qty 2) and CLIN 0002 (Qty 10) both awarded immediately as fully funded basic line items. The Government reserves the right to evaluate and award under either Structure A or Structure B based on the availability of funds at the time of contract execution.
