## Description

The Government intends to issue a limited source solicitation to Meggitt Aircraft Braking System (Cage Code 0B9R9), Aircraft Wheels and Brake (Cage Code 33269) and Integrated Procurement Techno (Cage Code 05zj1) for the following requirement. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconimical to reverse engineer the part. Meggitt Aircraft, Aircraft Wheel and Brake and Integrated Procurement Techno have the proprietary technical data.
