**Solicitation Amended 12/02/2024** Removed FAR 52.219-33 Nonmanufacturer Rule from solicitation clauses. All other solicitation details remain the same. **Solicitation Amended 11/25/2024**: Removed the "Arbitrary Waveform Generator" from the specifications for CLIN 0001.
