ORIGINAL NOTICE 26 Sep 2024 The 388th Munitions Squadron requires shelving/pallet racking, wire decking, anchors, installation, engineering and fork lift rental for munitions storage. The following information and Atch 1 Product Description are provided to prepare a quote.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 29 Aug 2024. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 423830 Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7125 Cabinets, Lockers, Bins, and Shelving.

Estimated award date is no later than 30 Sep 2024. Quotes must be valid through 30 Sep 2024. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION The Contractor shall provide items and installation in accordance with Atch 1 CLIN 0001 Product Description in this solicitation. The product description includes the essential features for the Shelving/Pallet Racking, Wire Decking, Anchors, Engineering, Installation and Fork Lift Rental. All items shall be delivered On or Before 31 Jan 2025 unless otherwise requested by the offeror.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(b)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein: Quoted amounts need to be prices without tax Quotes, attachments, and all other correspondence as listed in this solicitation must be emailed to all points of contact (POCs) The Atch 1 CLIN 0001 Product Description is required to be completed and emailed to the POC.
