## Description

**PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION:** The purpose of this notice is to advise that the Government intends to solicit for award to a limited pool of potential vendors already identified, validated, and approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Air Traffic Control (ATC) operations in the National Air Space (NAS). This acquisition is critical to ensuring the safety, interoperability, and continuity of operations within the NAS. The United States Air Force (USAF) requires a modernized Voice Communications Switch (VCS) that meets stringent FAA operational and safety standards to ensure uninterrupted air traffic management, which is essential for the safety of all aircraft operating within the NAS.
