The existing entrance is outdated and does not reflect the professional and executive standard required for the facility. The purpose of this renovation is to modernize the space by introducing high-end finishes, improving energy efficiency with new lighting and controls. The project involves the selective removal of all designated existing finishes and fixtures, followed by a full architectural, mechanical, and electrical restoration. The final product will be a safe, durable, and fully operational entrance that provides an executive-level appearance and adheres strictly to all applicable Tinker AFB and Department of War (DoW) standards.
