## Description

AMENDMENT 03 (2025 Apr 18/1245 hrs) - the Offer Due Date has been extended to Wednesday, Apr 30th, 2025 at 9:00 AM CDT. There will be no more extensions.

AMENDMENT 02 (2025 Apr 08/0800 hrs) - the CLIN structure has been altered. See pgs 7 and 8 for details. The changes are indicated by ledger lines in the left margin of each document.
