The Air Force intends to solicit and award a sole source blanket purchase agreement to Quality Engineering Services, Inc. (Wallingford, CT; CAGE Code 3CFP9), under the authority of DAFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 3572, for the purchase of six (6) types of Thermal Spray TAM Test Coupons for the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) for the period of 1 September 2024 through 31 August 2029. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 with a size standard of 500 employees.
