## Description

**AMENDMENT 1:** PREVIOUS CONTRACT INFORMATION Metal Improvement Company, LLC. Lansing, NY FA813219PA004 $70,408.00 Tinker Air Force Base is planning to procure Thermal Spray Coating Evaluation Services for a firm-fixed price purchase order that includes a Base Year plus four Option Years with a period of performance from 1 Aug 2024 through 31 Jul 2029. Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) FA813224Q0031, as well as the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quote Sheet for more information.

Issuance of award will be based on two evaluation factors: The lowest Total Price; and, Offeror capability and experience [Pass/Fail]. See addenedum to FAR Provision 52.212-1, Evaluations, on pg 2 of the CSS for details.
