The specific items listed are not to be substituted as they are what has been tested and are known to function properly. The proposed contract will be a Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Scope: This requirement identifies needs for the 555 SWES/MXDPDA to include software license procurement and ALL items listed on the Item List. Software licenses will consist of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software applications. The total Period of Performance (PoP) shall be 5 years.
