## Description

On September 18, an on-site visit was conducted with potential vendors. During the visit, several general questions were raised regarding the project and its requirements. The responses to these questions have been compiled and are provided in the attached document for your reference. Please review the attached document for detailed answers to all inquiries made during the visit.
