## Description

Perform the TT&E and repairs on the HABCO Oil Nozzle Flow Test Stand (LUB 1002) at Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). IAW the attached PWS.

**Requested Services:**

1. Provide a fully functional replacement unit for the voltage to current transmitter of the LUB-1002 system, compatible with the existing hardware and capable of effectively converting voltage signals to current signals.

2. Install a USB to NI Analog output device and perform associated software modifications to ensure seamless integration with the LUB-1002 system. The installed device must enable reliable analog output functionality, serving as a viable alternative in the event of damage to the DAQ card analog output channel.

3. The Contractor shall accomplish Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E) on each part to be repaired and provide an evaluation report on a contractor devised form to the Government Point of Contact (GPOC) and the Contracting Officer (CO) within (1) business day
