Please see solicitation and its attachment. The UFATS shall be new and unused (not a prototype) and constructed using cutting-edge technology. UFATS design specifications shall be based on Unit Under Test (UUT) requirements as noted in associated UUT Technical Orders (T.O.’s), which are listed in Appendix H. Any other provided documents/manuals associated with existing test equipment are for reference only. UFATS particulars are noted in the SOW. This requirement does contain export control documents. Interested contractors requesting access for the controlled documents will need to submit the following:
