## Description

** Amendment 01 removes the requirement for Total Small Business Set-Aside and extends the closing date to 06 August 2024. ** The Air Force intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for the procurement of a one-time, on-base assembly of a clutch subsystem for Okuma Horizontal CNC (OC21481), at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). Details of the requested service can be found in the Performance Work Statement.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is full & open.

NAICS Code – 811210; Size Standards – $34M Contractor Registration – which results in receiving a unique, active CAGE Code – in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to receiving any contracts or orders from the Government.
