## Description

The E-3 is seeking qualified contractors for component ordering and delivery support to refresh its Ground Systems (GS). This project aims to replace existing GS equipment with a Form, Fit, Functional, and Integrated (F3I) replacement system, ensuring compliance with current Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Agency (NSA) mandates. This project is to modernize the GS and make it more secure and efficient.
