## Description

This contract action was not awarded competitively and was awarded as a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price contract. Northrop Grumman (NG) is the logical source for this follow-on effort. Due to acceptable performance on the preceding TO, lack of interest to provide the service in the market, the additional delays associated with reposting the RFI, and the inefficiencies to overcome with transitioning to a new contractor, the current contractor NG, was identified as the logical choice for a follow-on award.
