## Description

Provide an obsolescence resolution for the mission critical E-3G DAR-400 to prevent mission impact. The provided solution will be compliant with current DoD and NSA mandates and be a form, fit, functional, and integrated (F3I) replacement system to replace the current DAR-400 equipment.
