## Description

This effort is for a Brand Name technology refresh that will enhance the existing Federal Signal Siren System at Tinker AFB by implementing Federal Signal Commander Assist software and upgrading communication chips. This will provide a centralized platform for managing and executing emergency notifications and mass alerts. The upgraded system will be fully integrated with the existing siren infrastructure at Tinker AFB across three locations.

Federal Signal equipment, software, and certified technicians are essential to maintain the integrity and compatibility of the existing system. Using third-party components or alternative systems is not feasible and may jeopardize existing maintenance and warranty agreements due to compatibility issues.
