**FA8100-25-Q-B001 Contracting Office Address:** 7858 5th St. Bldg. 3, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3303 Contracting Officer: Brent Rockow, brent.rockow.1@us.af.mil Tanner Mullins, tanner.mullins.1@us.af.mil Purpose: Produce and deliver ABDR Trailers that will reside at multiple OCONUS locations. The internal contents within the trailer must follow the basic configuration design of the current ABDR Tool Trailer located at Wright Patterson AFB.

The ABDR Trailer is a commercial item, and/or comprised of a combination of commercial products, with modifications customarily available in the commercial marketplace which was developed at United States Government expense. ABDR Trailers must be capable of long-term sustainment in harsh weather environments and must include maintenance data necessary for lifetime sustainment. These trailers must contain non-hazardous tooling and parts required for execution of rapid repairs for aircraft.

These trailers would be stored in facilities ranging from fully enclosed supply buildings to open-ended hangar storage, but deployed to Forward Operating Bases, and improvised landing locations outside, in order to support mission requirements. Desired end state is to have a mobile, self-sustained tool and working platform to increase out employment during a war time scenario.

**Contract Length:** The ordering period under this proposed indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract action shall be from intiial contract award through each exercised option ordering periods for a Maximum contract length of ten (10) years. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
