## Description

Audio and Visual (AV) Equipment and Support Services at Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park, located at 3111 Fairview Park Dr, Falls Church, Virginia, 22042. The dates of the FY25 base year event will be held 31 March-4 April 2025. Dates for the future option years are TBD.

This RFI announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement.

The information received from this RFI is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in acquisition strategy planning. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Please see the attached documents for more information.
