Amendment 1 (16 January 2025) The following item was amended: Q&A Posted Audio and Visual (AV) Equipment and Support Services at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center, located at 1500 Sand Lake Rd, Orlando, Florida 32809. The dates of the FY25 base year event will be held 3-7 March 2025. Dates for the future option years are TBD.

**Q&A Due:** 10 January 2025 / 12:00 p.m. EST RFI Responses Due: 20 January 2025 / 4:00 p.m. CST (e-mail to POCs) THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research relative to the Mental Health Symposium (A/V) Rental BPA – Mental Health Symposium requirement. This RFI announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement.

The information received from this RFI is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in acquisition strategy planning. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Please see the attached documents for more information.
