The contractor shall provide all labor, software, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to collect field data related to the electrical distribution system and develop and/or update a comprehensive electrical model of each installation's power system. The contractor shall also use the electrical model to perform a power flow analysis, cross connect capability evaluation, short circuit study, single point of failure (SPOF) for all generator locations, protective device coordination study, arc flash hazard analysis and distribution system reliability for installations as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
