## Description

This solicitation is for Advanced Meter Reading System (AMRS) Metering Implementation at Randolph AFB, TX. It is a 100% set-aside for SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Program IAW FAR 19.15. Please see attached documentation for details.

Amendment 1 changes the date questions are due from: 13 Jun 2025 to 18 Jun 2025. See file attachment FA8051-25-R-2001 Amend 1 JBSA Randolph AFB 12 Jun 25 Amendment 2 extends the proposal due date from 30 June 2025 to 7 July 2025. It also includes the following new/updated attachments: Statement of Work (SOW) dated 24 June 2025, Questions and Answers sheet, Site Visit sign in sheet, and Pictures for Bldg 743.

Amendment 3 corrects a typo in Section 1 of the solicitation Amendment 2. The question submission due date did not change, it remains 18 June 2025. The proposal due date, found in Section 16, was extended to 7 July 2025.
