## Description

The Government conducted this source selection IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with selected procedures from FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.

This acquisition utilized the Tradeoff Source Selection Process IAW FAR 15.101-1, Tradeoff Process and FAR 15.3, Source Selection, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS), to make an integrated assessment for a subjective tradeoff award decision as documented in the GS&S 2.0 SSP, approved on 13 April 2023 with final amendment on 15 June 2023, and the Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8003-23-R-0003, dated 12 July 2023.
