Change oil & purge filters. Report any uncorrected deficiencies noted. Condenser tube cleaning provided machine is flanged so that heads can be readily removed, and valves are in good operating condition. The Contractor will clean up any debris, dust, or other materials that may have been generated during the duct cleaning process.
