## Description

The Contractor is responsible for the maintenance services of opening and closing the three (3) pools on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The opening of the pool will take place during the spring months (April through May), with full operations taking place in the summer months (May through mid-September) and the closing of the pool will take place during the fall months (September through October). The opening and closing maintenance tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

power washing, acid washing, rinsing, stain removing, sanitizing, oxidizing, brushing, scrubbing, bleaching, patching plaster, chemical balancing, draining and reassembling system equipment.
