## Description

The U.S. Air Force (USAF) Honor Guard has a requirement for M14 bayonets while presenting ceremonial honors. The servicing of black scabbards is to assure safety and uniformity. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the procurement of services custom alter black scabbards for the USAF Honor Guard located at Bolling Air Force Base, DC. These scabbards are used on an as needed basis for presidential ceremonies, funerals, and other high visibility ceremonies. The USAF Honor Guard intends to have this be a single purchase.
