## Description

Research, develop, test, and evaluate a high sensitivity gas sampling and collection system. The contractor’s ability to meet the requirements will support the governments Engineering and Manufacturing Development Phase and a production decision in the future. The budget allocated to this program is currently $4.5 million. Given the funding profile, the contractor should include a statement of their ability to accomplish the requirements and what activities, if any, can be accomplished within the funding profile
