No competition is being sought unless another source is identified. These subscription services are unique to CQ-Roll Call, Inc. Small Business set aside has not yet been determined. **NAICS:** 513120 – Periodical publishers PSC: 7630 – Newspapers and periodicals The proposed action will be awarded using a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) for an anticipated period of one (1) base year, four (4) options years, and a potential six (6) month extension. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quote, bid, or proposal. However, any interested firm that believes they can meet the above requirements are invited to submit a capability statement via email to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below. At a minimum, capability statements shall include business information such as POC name, phone, email, SAM UEI, and applicable small business socio-economic categories; additionally, it should list what products/services can be provided and how they meet the characteristics specified above. Finally, the capability statement itself should be no more than 5 pages in length. The Government will consider responses received by the response date and time of this notice; however, a determination to compete the proposed acquisition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
