## Description

This RFP is for the Software Development Services (SDS) FA701425R0004. Please submit proposals, acknowledge attachments, and submit prices on Standard Form 1449 (Commercial). Only proposals submitted by GSA 8(a) STARS III vendors will be accepted and evaluated. All future updates and posting will only be available on GSA eBuy reference number RFQ1732817 All questions are due by e-mail November 15, 2024 4:00 pm Eastern Time. The contractor must maintain and possess a valid SECRET Clearance.

This contract is a small business competitive set-aside on General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) STARS III IT Professional Services. This requirement is to provide technical services for software development support and business solutions within SAF/AAIE. Technical services include enterprise architecture, requirements management, software engineering, systems engineering, software test management, and systems/server administration.

Contractors will work as part of a team to develop new software applications or modify and sustain existing applications. Submissions in response to this RFP 1. Responses submitted by e-mail to hannah.dent.1@us.af.mil no later than 4:00 PM Eastern, Friday, 06 December 2024. Late submissions will not be considered. Phone calls will not be accepted. 2. Files may not exceed 5 MB and must be submitted in Adobe PDF format. 3. If the response includes proprietary information, mark the information in accordance with regulatory guidance.
