## Description

The Government intends to use existing commercial crowdsourcing expertise with the assistance of the private sector to support the Department of Defense (“DoD”) Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) in the application of the crowdsourcing methodology to enhance its information security. In support of this objective, the DoD intends to partner with a commercial firm(s) that has experience with administering Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery and Disclosure (“CVDD”) Services
