The Government intends to award an Advisory & Assistance, multi-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to award Firm Fixed Price task orders with a five year ordering period. The ceiling is $3.75B AFSTS will consist of two (2) Tiers. Within the multi-award IDIQ structure for AFSTS, the Government intends to award to each and all Technically Acceptable vendors that submit a proposal in Tier 1 and each and all Technically Acceptable vendors that submit a proposal in Tier 2. The purpose of this IDIQ is to obtain Contractor support to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and Professional Services to support the Department Air Force (DAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and Federal Agencies in managing and improving Strategic Transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
