**541611 Description:** The purpose of this acquisition is to award a short-term bridge follow on task order to Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) in support of Program management oversight / contract phase out to support BARDA in efforts to continue support related to BARDA supporting the development of Medical Countermeasures within Various Programs within BARDA.

This requirement is for consulting support with contractors with high ability to communicate scientific information effectively both orally and written (briefing presentations, technical documents, etc.). Intellectually curious, creative thinkers who can conceptualize research directions, analyze trends, and help develop justifications for new research and development investments.

Demonstrate experience providing scientific advice to senior government leaders with experience in assisting with coordinating potential research collaborations with other federal Government agencies, industry, and international organizations. Ability to quickly and effectively analyze, summarize, and communicate the intellectual content of scientific and technological information to both scientific and lay audiences.

In addition, provide subject matter expertise in drug, vaccine diagnostic and/or clinical development to the project teams for the execution of multiple research and development programs.
