The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516. The USAFA Dean of Faculty Department of Physics and Meteorology (DFPM) requires a Sky Monitor Sytem with the following salient characteristics: Fisheye field of view >= 180 degrees Cooled CCD Variable Exposures allowing for long exposures Automatic Dome defrost Weather proof housing Integrated filter wheel Remote operation 16 bit sensor dynamic range > 30 Mega Pixels of resolution Justification: In accordance with RFO 12.102(a), the Govenrment has determined that only one source is reasonably available. Market research confirmed that mandatory sources can not meet the required needs.
