Please see attached combined synopsis/solicitation with attachments. Service shall be performed at USAFA IAW the Period of Performance (PoP). The period of performance is an estimated start date. The PoP consists of a transitioning period, 12-month base period, three 12-month option periods, and a 6-month extension.
