Original post as follows:

Pay particular attention to the instructions to offerors in the attached file "RFQ 19sep25" This project involves the configuration of existing National furniture (National) modular furniture to support the operational needs of the 557th Flight Training Group (FTG). The proposed design must accommodate current U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) space requirements while maximizing the use of previously acquired furniture assets.

As part of the scope, the selected vendor will be responsible for inventorying all existing parts and components, reconfiguring workstations to meet the prescribed spatial guidelines, and incorporating as much of the existing product as possible to maintain cost-efficiency and consistency. The design effort will include the creation of a detailed Bill of Materials, product specifications, and a complete drawing set with accurate dimensions to support installation of the revised configuration.

In addition, the vendor will provide product cut sheets for any new items required --such as chairs or miscellaneous furnishings --and facilitate a final design review with end users to ensure the proposed solution aligns with all functional and user requirements.
