## Description

Please see attached combined synopsis/solicitation and attachments. Requests for clarification and information concerning the solicitation must be provided in writing no later than 25 NOVEMBER 2025, 10:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time. Questions must be emailed to danielle.hyde.2@us.af.mil and marissa.morris.4@us.af.mil. Quotes must be submitted by 02 DECEMBER 2025, 10:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time. Quotes must be emailed to danielle.hyde.2@us.af.mil and marissa.morris.4@us.af.mil.

AMENDMENT 1 (25 Nov 25) - Several questions were received in reponse to this solicitation. We are working to compile and answer all questions. We anticipate to post the answers NLT 2 December 2025. The due dates for quotes has been extended to 9 December 2025 at 10:00AM MST.

AMENDMENT 2 (26 Nov 25) - This amendment is to post the answers to questions received. Please review the amended RFQ combined synopsis/solicitation (any changes are highlighted in blue), amended Attachment 2 - Provisions and Clauses (changes and added clauses are highlighted in blue), and two new attachments: Attachment 6 - Sizes and Quantities EXAMPLE ONLY and Attachment 7 - Requests for Information (RFIs) for Polo Shirts. All quotes MUST include a SIGNED statement that the quote incorporates all amendments to the soliciation.

Amendment 3 (29 Nov 25) - This amendment is to correct Attachment 07 and add a PDF version of Amendment 2_FA700025Q0138 Combined Synopsis Solicitation - FY26 LGRC Cadet Polo shirts.
