**Update 19 Aug 2025:** Consolidated questions and answers have been provided as an attachment to this posting. The quote due date and time remains unchanged. Original posting: USAFA Physics Department the Laser and Optics Research Center (LORC) have a new requirement to purchase eight (8) high voltage power supplies and eight (8) cables, two (2) GPS frequency standards, and one (1) Rubidium (Rb) frequency standard. See attached Solicitation FA700025Q0113. Pay particular attention to the requirements within the Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters (starting on page 33), the Evaluation Factors for Award (on page 35), and the Buy American Certificate (Attachment 1).
