## Description

USAFA is seeking to purchase a temporary flooring system to protect the Falcon Stadium synthetic turf and lower portion of the tunnel during annual Graduation ceremonies and other potential special events. The system must accommodate both heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic while ensuring the turn remains undamaged. See attachments for more information. **UPDATE as of 9/22/2025** Two documents were added to the Attachments section: (1) RFI Questions and Answers, and (2) Tax Exempt Letter.
