A large meeting room to accommodate the same number equipped with AV and sound system equipment, and areas for small breakout groups is required. A large area in which to hold Protestant Service (can be the same at the large meeting room) is also required. The retreat center should also host and/or be near outdoor activities that can enhance the cadets' experience along with a bonfire pit to conclude a night of worship. The commute needs to be no more than 3 hours one way. The accommodations for this retreat need to be an outdoor camp environment and not a hotel environment.
