## Description

**4/2/2025:** Due to information being received after the close of this notice which was not known at the time posting, this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is cancelled and no award will be made. A new combined sysnopsis/solicitation will be posted to sam.gov once an updated Statement of Work has been received.

**3/6/2025:**

**Amendment #2:** The purpose of this amendment is to incorpoate Class Deviation 2025-O0003—Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts. The following clauses are hereby removed from the Combined Synopsis Solicitation: - 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities - 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (Sep 2016) There are no other changes in this amendment.

**Amendment #1:** The purpose of ammendment is to make an administrative change to make the solicitation number in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation match the solicitation number listed within the sam.gov posting which is FA671225Q0014. There are no other changes in this amendment.
