## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH Siemens Industry, Inc. The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Directorate of Contracting, Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210 – Facilities Support Services. The following will be procured as follows:

**Customer Directed Support:** Qty: 1 BAU Service Specialist Labor -12 visits by licensed technicians BAU Client Service Manager Labor - 2 visits by Client Service Manager w/ 911 AW/BCE Service Period:

**1 Service Period:** 2/1/2024 to 10/31/2024 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the contract specialist below not later than, 19 February 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Based upon the responses to this notice, the Government will determine if this proposed acquisition should be opened to competition. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
