## Description

**Amendment 1:** The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Performance Work Statement, update the RFQ to include 12 months instead of 1 Lot, and incoroporate questions and answers. Contractor shall provide Medical Director Services for Dobbins ARB, GA. See attachments for further information.
