## Description

This project will repair by replacing the 130-ton chiller. Upgrade wiring from chiller to Main Distribution Panel (MDP). Replace underground chilled water piping from chiller to mechanical room. Reconnect existing control wiring. Install new strainers, fittings, conduit, valve boxes as necessary to make chiller fully operational. Provide factory startup on new 130-ton chiller. Relocated existing 40-ton chiller to adjacent concrete pad. Connect chiller to underground chilled water piping. Reconnect existing control wiring. Install new strainers, fittings, conduit, valve boxes as necessary to make chiller fully operational.
