Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station has a requirement for a Design-Build Construction project, Repair Army Reserve Roof at B2503. This project is a Design-Build contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to design, install, construct, and complete the work planned in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW), and the accompanying Specifications document. Work will be performed at the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance time for design phase is 150 days, and for the construction phase is 100 days, for a total of 250 calendar days. A single Firm Fixed-Price Design-Build contract will be awarded. This solicitation is set-aside 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, concerns IAW FAR Subpart 19.14. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
