Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction project, Repair Roof, Bldg. 917, to include the following: Repair the main hangar roof of B-917 by replacement with a new standing seam metal roof. Install rigid insulation, steel purlins, and new standing seam metal panels and necessary flashing. Install gutters, downspouts, snow guards, fall protection anchor points, and lightning protection. Work will be performed at the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance time is 270 calendar days and consists of 2 phases, with Phase 1 NTE 30 calendar days.
