The project consists of one line item. **ZQEL 24-0003 Line Item One:** The work specified herein consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, and materials required to remove Paint Striping of 100% of designated area on the Youngstown ARS Aircraft Concrete Apron Parking Area. The paint removal is to be completed without damage to the pavement surface, joints, and joint and crack seals, or any other government property. Destruction of any taxiway or other pavement markings as a result of the paint removal process will be restored, repainted as necessary. All Controlled Apron and Non-Controlled Apron Markings shall be repainted as per specifications and as shown on plans dated 5 May 2024 (attachment(s) 2 and 3). This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any bid preparation costs. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available. The project site is located at the 910 Airlift Wing (AFRC), Youngstown Air Reserve Station, 3976 King Graves Rd, Vienna OH 44473-5931 (Trumbull County). The magnitude of this project between $250,000 and $500,000. Total contract performance period is 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice to proceed.
