## Description

The work specified herein consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, and materials required to demo current restrooms, select walls, flooring, ceiling, and associated utilities. Construct new walls, flooring, ceilings, and associated utilities where specified. Reroute plumbing and construct new restrooms. Raise the current ventilation to accommodate equipment moves. Redesign and install HVAC and ductwork. Remove paint booth and all associated filtration.

Update electric service to provide for new equipment. Update mass notification, and fire suppression system. Sustainable principles, to include lifecycle cost-effectiveness practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02. All work shall be done as per specifications and drawings dated 13 December 2023.
